It represents the free and uncommitted feeling of spending one's time in a beautiful place, as shown here as a field.
The picture tells a story, it shows fun and happiness and summer and good times. A song by Jack Johnson would probably go perfectly with it.
Although the partly unfocused book adds a kind of romantic feeling to the picture, I think that the sharp blades of grass on the right are a bit distracting.
Apart from that there's nothing I don't like about this picture, I'm quite into the position of the model and that only her legs and her hand are visible.
Altogether I think this is a lovely picture and it deserves much more attention.
